The Lanai is a great place to re-hydrate after a day in the sun.

Fort Lauderdale is the Venice of North American having more miles of waterways than Venice and Amsterdam combined. This is the view from our 8th floor condo.

 Our's is a spacious, 8th floor, one bedroom condo located directly on the Fort Lauderdale beach.  It is privately owned and managed.  There is a hotel entity on the lower levels of the same building but we have absolutely nothing to do with that hotel.  We have our own management and cleaning staff.  Our rooms are kept at a very high standard and tastefully furnished.

We cater to families.  SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED, EVEN ON THE LANAI.  If you are a smoker, better look elsewhere.

Our bedroom has a beautiful view.  The queen mattress is new and of course there is a color TV for night time viewing.

Being a corner condo has it's advantages. Lots of light and a cross ventilation for those who prefer fresh air to air conditioning.   The building next door shields our condo from the intense afternoon sun.  But the beautiful sunset we have each night.

We strongly recommend cancellation insurance.  We have made an investigation of various  insurance companies and like what we see with Travelex Insurance Services.  You can go into their web site directly from here so bookmark us first so you can find your way back to us.  Travelex will ask you if you are working with an agent and what is that agent's location number.  Our agent location number is 30-6181 and you must use it to purchase cancellation insurance for any of our products.   The coverage is quite comprehensive and we recommend you look through their web site before purchasing the insurance to see exactly what you want.  Be sure in all cases to put our number, 30-0231 when you first get into their home page. This will give you a special Amercian Dream Vacation page with special rates based upon our products.
