The beach at Fort Lauderdale ranks among the top of world class beaches.  Fort Lauderdale ranks as one of the most interesting, alive, and vibrant cities in North America.  The combination of Fort Lauderdale and the Beach is awesome.  You have both Fort Lauderdale and it's world famous Fort Lauderdale Beach at DeChant's Tropical Paradise located directly ON THE BEACH.

Our deluxe one bedroom condo located on the 8th floor, overlooking the city lights of Fort Lauderdale.  The view from our private Lanai is terrific. By day there are the sailboats traveling the intercoastal waterway, at dusk there is the very beautiful Florida sunset (it goes down relatively fast) and at night there are the colorful lights of the city and of airplanes landing at a nearby airport. 

This corner apartment is on the quiet side of the building.  The double paned windows make sleeping a very quiet experience.

Walk out of the apartment and into the Ocean after only 93 paces.

We strongly recommend cancellation insurance.  We have made an investigation of various  insurance companies and like what we see with Travelex Insurance Services.  You can go into their web site directly from here so bookmark us first so you can find your way back to us.  Travelex will ask you if you are working with an agent and what is that agent's location number.  Our agent location number is 30-6181 and you must use it to purchase cancellation insurance for any of our products.   The coverage is quite comprehensive and we recommend you look through their web site before purchasing the insurance to see exactly what you want.  Be sure in all cases to put our number, 30-0231 when you first get into their home page. This will give you a special Amercian Dream Vacation page with special rates based upon our products.
